Open Source Audits
Our commercial offering is available via http://www.neolex-opensource.com. Here’s a brief summary of our main offering.
We offer all our customers an unlimited number of legal audits of open source software of their choosing for a fixed price of EUR 5,000 per year. As part of the audit, we will
- Analyse the component’s source code and identify all licenses applicable to it.
- Review all the licenses and identify any potential conflicts with them that might prevent distribution of the component in question
- Prepare guidelines for complying with the various licenses applicable to the component
The results of the above audit will be compiled in an Open Source Audit Report, of which you will receive a copy. Read our FAQ to learn more about our testing methodology.
As part of the fixed fee, every customer will also get a subscription to our Open Source Audit Database, which contains all the Open Source Audit reports we have prepared as part of our audit services. You will see a list of the current audit reports in the table below.
